Handyman/Maintenance, £15ph + Hol Pay, Glasgow G4Temporary, 4-8 weeks, Tools ProvidedWe re looking for a proactive and hands-on Handyman/Maintenance Operative to join a vibrant residential building in Glasgow. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day running of the estate, helping to deliver an outstanding living experience for the residents.You ll be responsible for carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance, ensuring the estate remains safe, compliant, and well-presented at all times.Duties: Respond promptly to maintenance requests via internal systemsCarry out general repairs, including painting, plumbing and basic electrical workSupport both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activitiesAssist with end-of-tenancy apartment turnarounds, including redecoratingConduct regular inspections of flats and communal areasIdentify and address maintenance issues and health and safety risksComplete building patrols and ensure all areas are maintained to a high standardDeliver a professional and approachable service to residentsCommunicate clearly and effectively across teams and with residents Requirements: Proven Maintenance/Handyman/Trade experienceStrong practical skills across general maintenance disciplinesAbility to work independently and manage your workload effectivelyStrong communication skills, both written and verbal This role is to start ..... full job details .....
