Tools: Own comprehensive tool kit (cordless battery tools or 110V with valid PAT test stickers). PPE: Full 5-point PPE (hard hat, hi-vis vest/jacket, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe-cap boots with puncture-resistant midsoles). Experience: Proven site experience in a handyman, multi-trade, or finishing operative capacity.
