Handyman (CSCS)Corby NN17 20 per hourASAP Carpentry and First/Second Fix: Experiencing in hanging internal doors, fitting ironmongery (handles, locks, hinges), installing skirting boards, and architraves.Mastic and Sealing: High-quality application of mastic and silicone sealant along internal joints, skirting lines, kitchen worktops, and sanitary ware to a clean, handover standard.Internal Finishes and Snagging: Carrying out general snagging and remedial works across plots prior to client/purchaser inspections.Drylining and Patchwork: Basic plasterboard repairs, tape and jointing, and touching up minor wall damage or ceiling cracks.Basic Painting and Decorating: Spot-priming and painting touched-up areas to match existing finishes.Fixtures and Fittings: Installing internal signage, bath panels, toilet roll holders, and minor white goods or vanity units.Defect Rectification: Investigating and resolving minor internal build defects reported by the site management team.
