Work will be customer care repairs in occupied housing. Basic tools and ppe are essential. Must have basic DBS. Day rate -210 CIS or Ltd, weekly pay, Mon to Fri, 8am-5pm with 1 hour compulsory lunch break. Duties will include: Sanding Making good Painting Basic plastering Basic Carpentry - fencing Temporary fixtures General handy duties all other associated tasks - general tidying and labouring Applicants must have previous experience working on construction sites, have own basic tools, DBS check PPE but CSCS card not compulsory.
