Role: HandymanLocation: Heathrow AirportHourly Rate: £21.00 per hour (Uplifts for nights and weekends)OngoingThe CompanyMJM Industrial is currently recruiting experienced Handymen to work at Heathrow Airport, covering both airside and landside areas.The RoleThis is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for a practical all-rounder with experience across multiple trades. You will be responsible for carrying out general building maintenance works to a high standard across active site environments.The role involves working a mixture of days, nights, and weekends.Key ResponsibilitiesDuties will vary depending on project requirements but will include, not be limited to:- Carrying out general building fabric maintenance, including patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating- Completing reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and project work within agreed timeframes- Repairing floor and wall coverings- Undertaking ceiling tile repairs and replacements- Completing additional building and installation works as required- Responding to client queries, reporting defects, and providing site updates during service visits- Accurately completing all work-related documentation, including inspection reports and remedial works logsSkills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you must have:- Experience working within a maintenance or facilities management environment- A valid CSCS Card- Flexibility to work, days, nights, and weekends (Uplifts ..... full job details .....
