Location: Lancashire | Salary: £25 - £27/hour Depending on Experience | Type: Temporary | Mech-Elec Talent are currently recruiting an experienced Handyman for a long-term project based in the Lancaster area (LA1) . This project is due to start on Monday 29th June and is scheduled to run through until November , offering consistent work and hours. Scope of Works: General handyman duties Making good and snagging Basic carpentry works Installing fixtures and fittings Boxing-in Pipework and finishing works Silicone sealing and mastic work General site maintenance Assisting site management with project completion works Requirements: Valid CSCS Card Previous experience working as a Handyman on construction sites Own tools and PPE Ability to work independently and to a high standard Able to work 10 hours per day, 4 days per week Overtime available where required Living within a commutable distance of Lancaster (LA1) Competitive rates available for the right candidate.
