Job Specification: Carry out general handyman duties on a residential development. Complete snagging, making good, and finishing works to a high standard. Undertake minor repairs and maintenance tasks. Work with natural and engineered stone, including repairs, polishing, and finishing. Assist with the installation and adjustment of stone elements where required. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area. Liaise with site management to complete works in line with programme requirements. Requirements: Proven handyman experience on residential construction projects. Previous experience working with natural and engineered stone is essential. Valid CSCS Card. Own tools and PPE. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
