      <description>Location: Hampstead | Salary: &amp;pound;20 - &amp;pound;21/hour | Type: Temporary | Handyman   We are currently recruiting for an experienced  Handyman  for an immediate start on a project in  NW3, London .  This is a  1–2 week contract  working on a commercial project, carrying out a mixture of general building and carpentry support duties.   Duties will include:   	 Carrying out core drill holes 	 Making good and bricking up redundant openings 	 General patching and finishing works 	 Assisting the site carpenter with the construction of partition walls 	 Moving materials and maintaining a clean, safe working area 	 Supporting the site team with general handyman duties as required    Requirements:   	 Previous handyman or multi-trade experience 	 Experience using core drilling equipment 	 Basic bricklaying/making good experience 	 CSCS Card 	 Own tools and full PPE 	 Reliable with a strong work ethic and able to work independently    Duration:  1–2 weeks  Location:  NW3, London  Start:  Immediate  If you're available and interested, please apply with your up-to-date CV or get in touch today for further information.&lt;/p</description>
