We are currently recruiting for an experienced Handyman for an immediate start on a project in NW3, London.

This is a 1–2 week contract working on a commercial project, carrying out a mixture of general building and carpentry support duties.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out core drill holes
• Making good and bricking up redundant openings
• General patching and finishing works
• Assisting the site carpenter with the construction of partition walls
• Moving materials and maintaining a clean, safe working area
• Supporting the site team with general handyman duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous handyman or multi-trade experience
• Experience using core drilling equipment
• Basic bricklaying/making good experience
• CSCS Card
• Own tools and full PPE
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and able to work independently

Duration: 1–2 weeks
Location: NW3, London
Start: Immediate
