The Role Environ Property Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our growing maintenance and restoration division. This role is suited to a practical, hands-on individual with strong carpentry and general building maintenance skills who can work independently whilst maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of property maintenance, repair, installation, refurbishment, and minor construction works across residential and commercial properties throughout London. Minimum Requirements: Must reside within 1-hour travel from Fulham London, SW6 4HH. Full UK driving licence essential. Minimum 5 years'' experience in a handyman, carpentry, property maintenance, construction, or multi-trade role. Strong carpentry and joinery skills. Experience using a wide range of hand and power tools. Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively, with strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Strong understanding of health and safety requirements. Ability to read and follow drawings, specifications, and instructions. CSCS Card desirable.
