Handyman (Electrical Bias) Location: Ellesmere Port Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 + 175 per on-call Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00) The Role We''re working with a well-established organisation seeking a multi-skilled Handyman with a strong electrical bias to join a busy site in Ellesmere Port. This role is ideal for someone qualified to 18th Edition with solid electrical experience, who is also comfortable carrying out general maintenance and fabric tasks. This is a hands-on position where you''ll be responsible for both electrical works and wider site upkeep, ensuring the facility remains safe, compliant, and fully operational. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and minor installation worksDeliver general handyman duties including painting and decorating, basic plumbing (e.g. toilets), and fabric repairsSupport both planned and reactive maintenance across siteLiaise with contractors and ensure work is completed safely and to standardMaintain accurate records of maintenance activitiesEnsure all work is carried out in line with Health and Safety regulationsParticipate in an on-call rota ( 175 per call-out)About You Essential:18th Edition qualification (required)Proven electrical experience within a commercial or industrial environment (required)Ability to carry out general maintenance tasks including painting, basic plumbing, and fabric workHands-on, reliable, and proactive approachStrong ability to ..... full job details .....
