Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of general repair and maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, painting, basic electrical)

• Respond to client service requests promptly and professionally

• Carry out property inspections and identify necessary repairs

• Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role

• Good knowledge of general property maintenance

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Own tools and reliable transport preferred

• CSCS  Card
