Handyman

Our client a South East London based Main Contractor currently seek an experienced Handyman for one of their projects in Vauxhall, South West London.

It is essential that you hold a CSCS card and can provide recent work reference that demonstrate a skilled background.

The work itself is new build apartments and you will be de snagging apartments to specification.

Responsibilities

• Perform general De-Snagging duties
• Conduct repairs on fixtures, fittings, and appliances as needed.
• Basic Carpentry, Painting, and maintenance tasks
• Carry out routine inspections of properties to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various maintenance techniques and methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and strength for lifting heavy items as required.

This is an immediate start for the right candidate and will be at least 2-3 weeks work
