DCT Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman with painting experience to join a busy student accommodation project in Salford.Role Details:Location: SalfordHours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, for the remainder of this weekContract Duration: Initial placement for this week, with the possibility of extending for up to a further 3 weeks depending on performance and project needsPay Rate: -16.50 per hour (CIS)Key Responsibilities:Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks around the student accommodation sitePainting and decorating duties are essential for this roleAssisting with minor building works and upkeepEnsuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standardReporting any issues or additional work required to the site supervisorRequirements:Proven experience working as a Handyman, with strong painting experienceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood timekeeping and reliabilityOwn tools would be an advantage but not essential
