Handyman – Canterbury

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team on a busy site in Canterbury, Kent. This is a great opportunity for someone with a wide range of practical skills who enjoys varied work and can adapt to different tasks on site.

Job Details:

• Location: Canterbury, Kent

• Start Date: TBC

• Duration: Ongoing/long-term work available for the right candidate

• Hours: Monday to Friday (weekend work may be available)

• Pay: Competitive rates – paid weekly

Duties will include (but not limited to):

• Carrying out general repairs and maintenance

• Basic carpentry, painting, and patch plastering

• Minor plumbing or electrical tasks (if qualified)

• Assisting with site set-up and snagging works

• Ensuring all tools and materials are kept safe and tidy

• Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a handyman or in a similar role

• Valid CSCS card (preferred but not always essential)

• Own tools (advantageous)

• Full PPE (hard hat, boots, hi-vis)

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Good communication and teamwork skills
