Job Title: Handyman – Hammersmith Site – 4 Days Work (Including Weekend)

Location: Hammersmith, London
Start Date: Thursday, 24th July 2025
Duration: 4 Days (Thursday to Sunday)

Pay Rates:

• Standard Rate (Weekdays): £23.00–£24.00/hour
• Saturday (First 5 hours): £29.00/hour
• Saturday (After 5 hours): £40.00/hour
• Sunday (All Day): £40.00/hour

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join a busy construction site in Hammersmith for a 4-day assignment starting on 24/07/2025. The role will involve a mix of basic carpentry, snagging, minor repairs, and general labouring duties. The ideal candidate will be experienced using power tools and hand tools, with the ability to work independently and safely.

Key Duties:

• Perform general snagging and repair work using power tools
• Assist with cutting and adjusting timber and materials
• Strip out or break down structures and fittings
• Carry out minor mechanical fixes and fittings
• Install and secure various fixtures using drills and attachments
• Conduct basic carpentry and finishing tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• CSCS Card – Mandatory
• Tools Required: reciprocating saw, skill saw, impact drivers, drill, crowbar, adjustable spanners, spanners, various screwdriver bits, Allen keys, saw blades, hammers, assorted drill attachments, various attachments
• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a handyman or multi-trader on construction sites
• Ability to work unsupervised and follow site instructions
• Physically fit, punctual, and reliable
