Handyman

We are currently looking for an experienced Handyman to join our team on a residential project in Ashford, Kent, working across three apartment blocks.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual to support the site team with a variety of tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Duties Include:

• Carrying out general snagging and finishing works
• Assisting trades on site as required
• Installing and repairing basic fixtures and fittings
• Minor carpentry and making good works
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Following site drawings and instructions where required

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Previous experience working as a Handyman on construction sites
• Good all-round knowledge of general building and maintenance works
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own tools and full PPE
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
