Handyman Caretaker

Caretaker / Handyman Enfield We are currently recruiting for a Caretaker / Handyman to work on a school project in Enfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening and locking up the site, carrying out general maintenance duties and helping to ensure the site is kept safe, secure and presentable. Duties will include: Opening and locking up the site General caretaking duties Carrying out basic maintenance and handyman tasks Minor repairs and remedial works Keeping the site clean, tidy and secure Reporting any issues or defects to the relevant person Assisting the site team with general duties as required Requirements: Previous experience in a caretaker, handyman or similar role Good general maintenance skills Reliable and trustworthy Able to work independently Enhanced DBS check is essential due to the project being based within a school Good communication skills Location: Enfield Role: Caretaker / Handyman Project: School DBS: Enhanced DBS ..... full job details .....
