This will be covering the Essex region including sites like Chelmsford, Maldon and Witham. This is a permanent, multi-site role providing building maintenance services across a broad range of disciplines, helping to keep essential services and costs in-house. Experience with basic plumbing in a commercial environment will be highly beneficial, while previous experience working within commercial premises, particularly the retail sector, would be a distinct advantage. The role involves carrying out non-technical repairs and minor PPMs, as well as assisting with planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical plant works at various sites within the designated region.
