      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;30000/annum | Type: Permanent | Our client  is seeking a  Handyman  for a permanent, static position based at a major healthcare facility in the  Fulham / West London  area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, supportive team and play a key role in the day-to-day upkeep of a critical site.    The Role  As the Site Handyman, you will be part of a 30-strong maintenance department. You will be responsible for a wide variety of fabric repairs and general maintenance tasks to ensure the facility remains safe and operational. Your duties will include:      Fabric Repairs:  Carrying out essential maintenance such as changing ceiling tiles, repairing door locks and hinges, and basic painting and decorating.    Minor Plumbing:  Addressing straightforward issues like clearing toilet blockages and unblocking sinks.    Inspections &amp; PPMs:  Performing basic planned preventative maintenance (PPM) routines, including visual safety and condition inspections.    Problem Solving:  Taking ownership of daily work orders to resolve minor building issues quickly and efficiently.
