Handyman Dundee £20 per hour (CIS) Monday to Friday 8am 4pm Start Date: Friday 25th July 2-week holiday cover (must be available to start Friday for handover)We re currently recruiting a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our client one of the leading providers of Build to Rent accommodation in Dundee. This is a full-time temporary role to provide essential holiday cover.Handyman Key Responsibilities: Inspect rooms and report on general condition and any maintenance issuesPrepare rooms for incoming tenantsMove and assemble furniture, including mattresses and other large itemsCarry out sealant and siliconing workReplace and repair fixtures such as shower headsUndertake general repairs and fault-findingFlush water systems and report any issuesSupport the wider maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks Handyman Requirements: Previous experience in a maintenance or handyman role ideally within Build to Rent, student accommodation, property management, or hospitalityMulti-skilled and confident working independently across different sitesStrong communication and customer service skills with a professional approach to residents, colleagues, and contractorsReliable, proactive, and available to start immediately If you have a solid background in property maintenance and are looking for a varied, hands-on role, we d love to hear from you.
