The client are a student accomodation based in Birmingham city centre and have a busy period approaching with the current students leaving their accomodation and new students arriving in September The role will consist of general maintainence, light fixings,-including-bathroom silicone removal and replacement, painting doors and walls This is only a temporary role for the busy period and any applicants must have experience as noted above Shifts- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm- There is on site parking available-</p Temporary
