We''re seeking a technically versatile GenAI Solutions Engineer Lead to join our department. You''ll help set the technical direction, lead by example, and embed cutting-edge GenAI practices into our software delivery. This role requires deep expertise in software engineering and the latest in Generative AI, with the ability to embed these practices into teams and promote a collaborative, high-performing culture.As the GenAI Solutions Engineer, you’ll need to demonstrate a deep understanding of user needs and contribute to the overall product vision, translating cutting-edge GenAI research into scalable, production-grade solutions, bridging the gap between experimentation and enterprise deployment.Our tech stack is diverse, encompassing (but not limited to) Python, Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, Mongo, and Generative AI features requiring adaptability and a willingness to learn.Responsibilities

Architect and deliver end-to-end LLM solutions – from experimentation to productionDesign evaluation frameworks to benchmark LLM performance, safety, and behaviourBuild integration layers connecting LLMs to APIs, middleware, and enterprise systemsCollaborate across teams to drive adoption of modern engineering practices and GenAI toolingCharacteristics

Able to identify and solve problems effectivelyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsA self-starter with the ability to work effectively in teams and remotelyPragmatic, and a creative approach to managing riskAn advocate of inclusion and diversity in every wayA growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentShows enthusiasm and develops trust through empathyExperience

Proven experience as an Engineering Lead, Software Engineering Manager, or similar roleStrong expertise in multiple programming languages (preferably Python, Go, and TypeScript), frameworks, and toolsHave deployed LLM systems to production and understand evaluation, guard-railing, and monitoringProven experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, container-based micro-services, distributed logs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and DevSecOpsExperience working in a product focused team as opposed to a project focused team is beneficialWhat we’ll provide you
