This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive health and safety professional to play a key role in developing and maintaining a robust Health and Safety Management System within a quality-driven manufacturing environment. Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will support the implementation of health and safety strategies, ensure compliance with UK legislation, and promote a positive safety culture across the organisation. This is a hands-on role where you''ll work collaboratively with managers and employees to drive continuous improvement and embed best practices throughout the business. Key Responsibilities Health and Safety Management Support the development, implementation and maintenance of the company''s Health and Safety Management System. Ensure compliance with all relevant UK Health and Safety legislation and industry standards. Develop, review and update health and safety policies, procedures, risk assessments and safe systems of work. Provide practical health and safety advice and guidance to managers and employees. Monitor legislative changes and recommend improvements to maintain compliance. Contribute to health and safety objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
