Salary is c£52-62,500 per annum (negotiable, depending on experience) plus holidays, pension etc. About the HandS Manager role: This is a hands-on role with responsibility for ensuring legislative compliance, improving safety standards and driving a proactive health and safety culture across the site. The Role Lead and develop Health and Safety policies, procedures and initiatives. Ensure compliance with UK Health and Safety legislation, including PUWER, DSEAR, COSHH and RIDDOR. Complete and oversee risk assessments covering machinery, chemicals, manual handling, noise, DSE and warehouse activities.
