EHS and Compliance ManagerLocation: Portsmouth, HampshireSalary: Competitive - Dependent on ExperienceContract: PermanentShorterm Group is representing a leading manufacturing organisation based in Portsmouth that is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and Compliance Manager to take ownership of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across the site.This is a pivotal role for an individual who can combine hands-on operational involvement with strategic leadership, ensuring legal compliance while driving a strong, positive safety and quality culture.Role OverviewThe EHS and Compliance Manager will develop, implement, and monitor policies and systems to ensure workplace safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to applicable legal and regulatory standards.
