We are committed to the highest standards of Health and Safety, compliance, and quality across all our operations.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health and Safety Manager to take full ownership of HandS across all Boreas projects. This is a strategic role, ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and leading the company toward ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditation while maintaining existing ISO 9001 standards.The successful candidate will work independently, managing HandS across multiple sites and liaising with clients, principal contractors, and regulatory bodies. This is a hands-on role requiring strong construction site experience, excellent leadership, and proven ability to implement systems that improve safety culture.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain the Health and Safety Management System across all projectsEnsure compliance with UK legislation, CDM Regulations 2015, and company IMS standardsPrepare, review, and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and Construction Phase Plans (CPP)Conduct site inspections, compliance audits, and incident investigationsManage RIDDOR reporting where ..... full job details .....
