About the Role We''re looking for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead HandS across our workshops and customer sites. Based at our Derby Head Office and reporting directly to the Managing Director, you''ll own the company''s HandS management system. You''ll also be the lead HandS contact for key client accounts and drive a strong, proactive safety culture across the business. Key Responsibilities Report weekly to the Managing Director on HandS performance, risks, incidents, KPIs and improvement actions Develop, review and maintain activity-specific RAMS / WPP for all client sites and operational activities Prepare and present HandS KPI reports for key client accounts Conduct internal audits and workplace inspections, and drive corrective actions through to completion Develop and implement Safe Systems of Work for HandS-critic...
