Health and Safety Lead AuditorLocation: Hybrid - Home and Field Based Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm) The RoleThe Health and Safety Lead Auditor will join the Compliance team and report to the QEHS Manager. This role is responsible for providing independent assurance that the organisation''s Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) remains effective, compliant and continually improves in line with ISO 45001 standards.The successful candidate will lead internal audits, support regulatory compliance, investigate health and safety incidents and work collaboratively with stakeholders to embed a proactive health and safety culture across the organisation. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Health and Safety Lead Auditor will:Lead and deliver internal audits in accordance with ISO 45001 and the organisation''s audit programme.Assess compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, procedures and safe systems of work.Evaluate the effectiveness of risk assessments, control measures and operational practices across multiple sites.Produce clear, evidence-based audit reports detailing findings, risks, non-conformities and opportunities for improvement.Monitor corrective and preventative actions through to completion, supporting departments in implementing effective improvements.Support and lead investigations into accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and ..... full job details .....
