Title: Health and Safety CoordinatorLocation: Lancashire (WN6)Salary: 30,244- 35,084 (DOE)Shifts: Monday- Friday 08:00- 17:00Contract Type: PermanentWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Health and Safety Coordinator to oversee the health and safety activities on site.Working closely with the Group HSE Manager, you will focus on the day-to-day operation, ensuring that safety protocols are followed on the shop floor and helping to drive continuous improvement across the business.As a Health and Safety Coordinator your duties will be: -" Ensure all aspects of Health, Safety are adhered to." Alongside the HandS Manager you will work closely with the Site Manager and Operations team to achieve site action plans." Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators against targets and advise site team of appropriate/necessary actions required." Liaise with Site Management team in the implementation of sites environmental and safety management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc)." Attend monthly HandS meetings with the site to gain knowledge of current issues affecting the production environment." Support the HandS Manager with all aspects of the role.The successful Health and Safety Coordinator will have the following skills: -" NEBOSH certificate is essential." Previous experience in a manufacturing environment." Effective organisational, time management and administration skills." Risk Assessment experience." Excellent problem-solving skills."
