Key Duties: Support Occupational Health team to provide first class occupational health services to our employees and management through ad hoc project work, including but not limited to: Rebuilding Occupational Health intranet page in SharePoint to provide better user experience Support Occupational Health and Wellbeing lead to review OH filing and improve records retention and deletion processes Digitisation of forms and processes Ad hoc duties as requested Skills and Exp Comprehensive Sharepoint experience Data skills Attention to detail Data Protection role experience ideal but not mandatory Full Microsoft Suite skills PowerBI and PowerApp skills ideal but not mandatory Personal Attributes Deliver results Focus on customers Improve our business Communicate Collaborate Develop yourself ..... full job details .....
