As HandS Coordinator, you''ll work closely with operational teams and site leadership to promote a proactive safety culture, strengthen compliance and support continuous improvement across the site. This is a varied role where you''ll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact through coaching, analysis and practical support.The Opportunity:As an HandS Coordinator you''ll play a key role in: • Supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of the site''s Health and Safety programme across all operational areas. • Working alongside managers to embed safe working practices, monitor performance and encourage ownership of Health and Safety responsibilities. • Analysing Health and Safety data including near misses, hazard reports, observations and incidents, providing meaningful insights and recommendations for improvement. • Coordinating Health and Safety training, audits and awareness activities while supporting colleagues to develop their knowledge and confidence. • Maintaining Health and Safety documentation, records and ..... full job details .....
