Your New RoleReporting directly to the HSEQ Manager, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a positive health and safety culture across the business. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, company procedures and management systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring all Health and Safety policies, procedures and regulations are adhered to, reviewed and updated.Completing and reviewing risk assessments across all work activities and equipment.Investigating accidents and incidents and implementing corrective actions.Conducting regular workplace inspections and safety audits.Managing fire safety procedures, drills and emergency preparedness activities.Supporting Health and Safety Committee meetings and monitoring completion of agreed actions.Maintaining accurate health, safety and training records.Carrying out documented health and safety inspections and compliance checks.Completing and reviewing COSHH assessments.Designing and delivering toolbox talks and safety awareness training.Managing the ordering and distribution of PPE.Assisting with ..... full job details .....
