Due to an increase in enquiry volumes, additional support is required to help enhance service levels over the coming months. Reporting to the HSEQR Manager, the successful candidate will join a small specialist HSEQR team and play an important role in delivering effective customer support. Key Responsibilities Managing a customer service inbox for regulatory enquiries. Assessing new customer enquiries and assigning them appropriately through the CRM system (Salesforce). Supporting prompt customer responses and maintaining high service standards. Working closely with commercial teams and internal colleagues to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
