About the Role We''re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead H&S across our workshops and customer sites. Based at our Derby Head Office and reporting directly to the Managing Director, you''ll own the company''s H&S management system. You''ll also be the lead H&S contact for key client accounts and drive a strong, proactive safety culture across the business. Key Responsibilities Report weekly to the Managing Director on H&S performance, risks, incidents, KPIs and improvement actions Develop, review and maintain activity-specific RAMS / WPP for all client sites and operational activities Prepare and present H&S KPI reports for key client accounts Conduct internal audits and workplace inspections, and drive corrective actions through to completion Develop and implement Safe Systems of Work for H&S-c...
