Serve as the subject matter expert on HSE matters, advising senior management on compliance, risk mitigation, and improvements. Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in health and safety practises. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, regulations, and standards. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections across sites, ensuring hazards are identified, controlled, and monitored. Manage accident and incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans. Liaise with external regulators, auditors, and stakeholders on compliance matters.
