Key Duties:

  • Support Occupational Health team to provide first class occupational health services to our employees and management through ad hoc project work, including but not limited to:
  • Rebuilding Occupational Health intranet page in SharePoint to provide better user experience
  • Support Occupational Health & Wellbeing lead to review OH filing and improve records retention and deletion processes
  • Digitisation of forms and processes

Ad hoc duties as requested

Skills & Exp-

  • Comprehensive Sharepoint experience
  • Data skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Data Protection role experience ideal but not mandatory
  • Full Microsoft Suite skills
  • PowerBI and PowerApp skills ideal but not mandatory
