Key Duties:
- Support Occupational Health team to provide first class occupational health services to our employees and management through ad hoc project work, including but not limited to:
- Rebuilding Occupational Health intranet page in SharePoint to provide better user experience
- Support Occupational Health & Wellbeing lead to review OH filing and improve records retention and deletion processes
- Digitisation of forms and processes
Ad hoc duties as requested
Skills & Exp-
- Comprehensive Sharepoint experience
- Data skills
- Attention to detail
- Data Protection role experience ideal but not mandatory
- Full Microsoft Suite skills
- PowerBI and PowerApp skills ideal but not mandatory
