We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our client''s team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a key role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations and company procedures.
Maintain and develop occupational health, safety, quality, and environmental management systems in line with ISO45001, ISO9001 & ISO14001.
Develop, review, and implement risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Implement processes and procedures to manage risks and maintain compliance records.
Develop and maintain key quality protocols.
Report on breaches of legal duties and company requirements.
Provide recommendations on health, safety, quality, and environmental improvements, including accident/incident reduction schemes.
Lead employee health & safety consultation meetings.
Oversee the selection and approval of contractors, including reviewing method statements and RAMS.
Review accident, incident, and near-miss data, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
About You:
Proven experience in a similar Health & Safety role.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to influence and drive a positive safety culture.
