Hammersmith & Fulham - QSW - Youth Justice Team

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Youth Justice Team for London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of children and young people subject to youth justice interventions, including statutory court orders.
* Completing comprehensive assessments such as AssetPlus to inform risk management and intervention planning.
* Delivering targeted interventions to reduce offending behaviour and support rehabilitation.
* Working within a multi-agency framework alongside police, courts, education, and health services.
* Safeguarding children and young people, ensuring risks are identified and managed effectively.
* Preparing high-quality reports for court and representing the service at hearings.
* Maintaining accurate and timely case recordings in line with statutory requirements.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working

Pay Rate:
* -37.52 p/h Umb

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years'' experience in children''s social care
* Experience within Youth Justice / YOT services
* Social Work England Registration
* Strong knowledge of youth justice legislation and safeguarding frameworks
