In this contract role, you will manage the end-to-end life cycle of end-user assets (PCs, mobile devices, accessories), with a core focus on maintaining a hyper-accurate ServiceNow CMDB.Key Responsibilities Data andamp; CMDB Integrity: Validate and reconcile asset data across ServiceNow CMDB and Flexera to resolve discrepancies. Lifecycle Management: Execute HAM processes from procurement, license tracking, and refresh scheduling through to e-wasting. Ticketing andamp; Triage: Review and resolve ServiceNow incidents and requests linked to hardware assets. Reporting: Analyze trends and generate inventory, compliance, and budget reports using Excel and Power BI.Key RequirementsExperience: 2-4+ years in enterprise hardware management.
