As Halo Developer, you will be the technical authority for this multi-tenant platform - managing, configuring, and optimising it to meet evolving business and client needs. You will translate stakeholder requirements into native Halo solutions, lead workflow automation and integration initiatives across tools such as Zabbix, Torq, and Entra, and ensure the platform operates in line with ITIL best practice. This is a hands-on role with real ownership of platform direction, working closely with operations, IT, and business stakeholders in a collaborative, outcome-driven team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Own overall Halo platform health, stability, and performance - acting as the primary technical escalation point for incidents and service requests. Design, develop, and optimise Halo workflows, automation frameworks, and SLA triggers using Halo''s native workflow engine. Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track platform KPIs and business performance metrics.
