At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Hairdressing Trainer Assessor to join their expanding team. This is a face to face delivery Hairdressing Trainer Assessor role based in Coventry and surrounding areas with travel required to employer premises and training facilities. You will play a key role in delivering, coaching and assessing Hairdressing apprenticeship programmes at Levels 2 and 3, supporting learners through structured training and workplace assessment to achieve successful outcomes. What you will be doing: • Deliver Hairdressing apprenticeship training at Levels 2 and 3 as a Hairdressing Trainer Assessor classroom delivery and in the workplace with learners • Plan and design curriculum content in line with apprenticeship standards and employer needs • Develop schemes of work, lesson plans and high quality learning resources • Complete inductions with apprentices and employers in the workplace • Create individual training plans based on initial assessments and learner needs • Deliver engaging training sessions using a range of teaching and digital tools • Embed Maths, ..... full job details .....
