Hairdressing Lecturer (Temporary, 29 Hours per week)Morgan Hunt is currently recruiting for an experienced Hairdressing and Barbering Lecturer to join a well-established college in South Yorkshire on a full-time temporary contract.This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated hairdressing lecturer who has experience delivering high-quality teaching within the Further Education sector.Role DetailsPosition: Hairdressing LecturerLocation: South YorkshireContract: 29 Hours per week (Timetable to be confirmed)Pay Rate: £32.00 - £37.00 per hour (depending on experience)Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and effective hairdressing and barbering lessons to students of varying abilities.Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with awarding body requirements.Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and assessments.Contribute to a positive learning environment that motivates and supports learners to achieve their potential.Desirable RequirementsPrevious experience teaching hairdressing would be desirable, however someone with strong industry experience will be considered.A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent).A relevant qualification within the sectorStrong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners with diverse needs.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Why Apply?Competitive hourly rateOpportunity to work ..... full job details .....
