This is an exciting opportunity to support learners in developing practical skills, confidence, and pathways towards further education or employment.The successful candidate will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 Hair and Beauty qualifications, adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN).Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver high-quality Hair and Beauty lessons for KS4 and KS5 learnersDeliver accredited Level 1 and Level 2 vocational qualificationsDifferentiate learning to support students with a range of SEN needsCreate a safe, inclusive, and engaging practical learning environmentTrack student progress and contribute to assessment and reportingMaintain industry-standard practices in all practical sessionsSupport students'' personal development, employability, and independenceThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:A recognised qualification in Hair and Beauty (Level 3 or above)Experience delivering vocational qualifications (L1/L2)A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)Experience working with young people, preferably within SEN settingsStrong classroom and behaviour management skillsA passion for supporting young ..... full job details .....
