We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and motivated-Hair & Beauty Teacher-to join our team in the Solihull area.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hair & Beauty professional who is passionate about sharing their knowledge, skills and industry experience with learners.

The role

You will deliver engaging, practical and theory-based lessons across a range of Hair & Beauty subjects, helping learners develop their technical skills, confidence and professional knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging Hair & Beauty lessons.

• Demonstrating professional hair and beauty techniques and treatments.

• Supporting learners with their practical and theoretical development.

• Assessing learners'' work and providing constructive feedback.

• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and professional practice.

• Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.

• Keeping up to date with current Hair & Beauty trends, techniques and industry standards.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant Hair & Beauty industry experience and/or teaching experience.

• Has strong practical knowledge and technical skills.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing learners.

• Can confidently demonstrate professional hair and beauty techniques.

• Is organised, reliable, enthusiastic and professional.

• Has relevant Hair & Beauty qualifications.

• Holds a teaching or assessing qualification, or is willing to work towards one, where appropriate.
