This role is ideal for a passionate professional ready to impart knowledge and skills in a dynamic learning environment.Day-to-day of the role:Deliver comprehensive lectures and practical sessions across various courses including Level 1 Hair and Beauty, VRQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Hairdressing, and more.Engage and inspire students through hands-on demonstrations and innovative teaching practices.Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support students in achieving their learning goals.Develop and update course materials to ensure they meet industry standards and enhance the learning experience.Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and participate in departmental activities.Maintain professional knowledge and stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing and barbering.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing, along with an assessor qualification.At least 3 years of professional experience in the hairdressing industry.Proven teaching experience in hairdressing.Willingness to work towards a Level 5 teacher training qualification if not already obtained (support provided by the ..... full job details .....
