This field-based role involves supporting customers with the installation, verification, and optimisation of haematology analysers, delivering high-quality training, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Install, verify, and support haematology instrumentation at customer sites. Deliver customer training both onsite, remotely, and at company training facilities. Provide telephone and remote technical support, resolving application-related queries. Assist with software upgrades, instrument configuration, and application updates. Support technical investigations alongside Technical Managers and Field Service Engineers. Maintain accurate service records, CRM updates, and quality documentation.
