Hackney - Senior SW - CP Team - £39.04 p/h Umb

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Child Protection Team for Hackney Council. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a complex caseload of children subject to Child Protection Plans, Child in Need Plans, and care proceedings. Undertake Section 47 enquiries and ongoing safeguarding assessments in line with statutory requirements. Develop and implement robust child protection plans to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children. Work directly with children and families, building effective professional relationships to support positive outcomes. Prepare high-quality reports for Child Protection Conferences and Court proceedings. Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, ensuring coordinated safeguarding interventions. Maintain accurate, analytical, and up-to-date case recordings in line with statutory requirements. Apply a strong understanding of safeguarding legislation, policies, and procedures.
