Key tasks include: Work closely with departments to assist line managers to understand and implement human resources policies and procedures correctly Promoting equality, diversity and inclusion across the business Recruitment of staff, including writing & posting advertisements, working with resourcing companies, reviewing applications, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
