Our client is looking to recruit a H and S AdvisorBrentwood based Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 40,000 - 45,000 Overview The successful candidate will deliver a proactive health and safety service, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and establishing effective policies, procedures and safe working practices. Key Responsibilities Health and Safety Management and Compliance Risk Assessments and Workplace Inspections Accident and Incident Management Training and Employee Engagement Auditing, Reporting and Continuous Improvement Person Specification Previous health and safety experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, automotive or similar environments. Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation. Experience conducting risk assessments, inspections, investigations and audits. Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Qualifications NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent. IOSH Managing Safely. Internal Auditor training or relevant auditing experience.
